MAJESTIC ACRES is a full-service breeding farm, offering breeding, mare care
and foaling services.
The farm is located on 20+ level acres, with the owners living on the premises. The
barn features foaling stalls with closed circuit monitoring systems, as well as a
tackroom and washrack. The farm has nearby access to trails and the Cherokee
National Forest. There is also a roundpen for training.
MAJESTIC ACRES offers several boarding options as space is available.
- Field board, $200/month: includes grain fed twice daily, hay provided during
winter months, run-in shed, and supplements and worming if provided by owner
- Stall board, $400/month: includes hay and grain fed twice daily, daily turnout,
and supplements/worming if provided by owner
- Mare and foal board, $500/month: includes grain and hay fed twice daily, daily
turnout, basic foal training (to include leading, grooming, hoof handling, etc),
handling for vet/farrier, supplements and worming if provided by owner.
Both owners are experienced in pregnant mare and foal handling and foaling out.
The farm has birthed and raised many happy, healthy foals who have gone on to
